Based on prior LL Bean purchases, I was expecting a much higher quality product. These were purchased in February 2019 and were only worn around the house and maybe outside to grab the newspaper. In less than a year they had worn pretty bad. The only reason I waited so long to replace them is that I felt I needed to get my money’s worth.

Comfortable until the insoles deteriorated. Outside all held together well.

These scuffs were perfect until the insole rubbed through to the base in same spot on both slippers. They were very comfortable and kept my feet warm for six months. Once the insole gave way, the bottom of my feet hurt so I stopped wearing. The price was right ($35) so I can’t complain too much. I was surprised that a Bean product didn’t last longer.

Fits great, the problem is that with the heel lip you can feel it if its a snug fit. Order one size larger to be more comfortable.

Great product! This my second pair which I only ordered in case it could be discontinued. They are comfortable and well made. The sole material is suited for the product as it is quiet as well as durable. Not sure if they are washable as there are no instructions that I could find. Great value.

really nice slip-on. half-size order up. i had to change from a 10 to an 11. these fit really fine and are comfortable. i have ordered a half dozen more for my lads of all ages. also, the light blue are on sale! they’re swell! ( i didn’t want to get into any copyright hassle with a cereal maker here…)

These slippers are very sturdy due to robust, quality construction and materials. Very warm and comfortable. Buy a size larger than your shoe size because they run small.

These slippers completely fell apart after using for just about a year. The sole of the slippers has come apart and the fabric on the inside completely ripped out. These are terrible quality and I would look elsewhere to buy slippers that will last. This is not LL Bean quality at all. Very disappointed customer.

Very nice slippers, comfortable, warm, soft and easy to get on and off. I usually wear a 10D US. I purchased an 11 in these slippers and they fit great. I have found that slippers can be a little snug.

I had been wearing the LL Bean Elkhide scuff slippers for the last 3-4 years. Like everything else…prices keep rising so I wanted a similar slipper with a low back like the Elkhides but wanted to save a bit of money. I started to look for a less expensive alternative to the LL Bean Elkhide scuffs. I must admit I strayed to that huge on line store that starts with an A,and picked up some made in China $20 scuff slippers. Holy cow within about 1 week they started to fall apart..were never comfortable, no where near the comfort I loved with my LL Bean Elkhide scuffs. Fast forward I returned those garbage slippers and thought I’d give these Sweater Fleece Scuffs a try. WOW from the second I put them on I knew I was back in LL Bean “quality land.” The slippers are super comfortable…VERY well made, and at a very fair price. I actually now like these MORE than the Elkhide slippers which were my favorites for years. I am normally a 10.5 shoe/sneaker but I heard to size up a 1/2. I got size 11s. They do fit well..but I am thinking just maybe a 1/2 size down..like a 10 may have worked as well, as I have about an inch of space sometimes between my heel and the back YET, they stay on very well. I am now a convert and will buy these again if/when they start to wear out. They also look very good too, much less like old man slippers lol even though I’m now in my mid 60’s. They are warm yet not TOO warm. Soft as heck without socks inside..work well WITH socks as well. They are near perfect…and LL Bean has another winner!

I bought these Sweater Fleece Scuffs for my son. He has always worn Bean’s Leather slippers without a lining and likes them very much. However, these fleece slippers are extremely warm and comfortable. He loves them.
