After a few wears the neck started stretching out and the wrists staring getting larger than normal. So I had the grand idea of doing a cold water wash and air dry in the dryer.
The XXL sweater now fits my 70lb 10 year old comfortably.
While it was a comfortable sweater the material starts to stretch after a few wears and not fit all that great(undershirt collar showing, and wrists not keeping shape), and with only having a hand wash and lay flat to dry method I can only imagine it would get even sloppier over a longer period of time.

Not itchy, and my husband is picky. Was worried about purchasing this since it was wool. Have been pleasantly surprised by the fact my husband not only wears this comfortably, but he loves the look too.

I feel this is not the normal LL Bean quality sweater It did not hold its shape
The first time I wore it the neck opening just from getting it on the neck opening stretched out of shape.

Follow care instructions!! My husband loves the sweater, but decided to wash it and it is now much smaller. We hope we can stretch it back out but haven’t tried it yet. Other than that the sweater is great!
