A little snug in the arms but otherwise a good fit

Perfect for the NC fall through spring wet and cool days. Easy to layer and love the hood and large front pocket. I can put my keys phone and some money in and leave the pocketbook at home. Glad you can cinch the tail a little otherwise it would be a little boxy. Got a 2x could have gone down a size but thought I would need the room for layering.

I had to jump into a pond to save a toddler that had drown and I had my AirPods in the zipper pouch. I came out and the AirPods and band aids in the pouch were bone dry. I couldn’t believe it.

I’m 5’2, 147 lbs. I have bigger shoulders and biceps so often jackets are tight through the top forcing me to size up. I was super hesitant deciding on a size for this reason. I went with a petite M and I couldn’t be more pleased! Perfect amount of room so it has that oversized look but its not swimming on me. Couldn’t be happier! Nice lightweight material and super flattering!

This jacket is just right for windy days in Seattle or the SF Bay Area. It’s great for cool, fall days and I’m even using it in the winter in NY with just a light cashmere long sleeve under it and a light cashmere hat. I’ve even used it in 32 degrees with thin cashmere turtlenecks under it. They need to make one that comes lower in the back and has more room for the hips/backside. I wish they had one that was slightly longer with a lot more room in the hips, ’cause I have a big bottom. This one just sits right at the top of my hips/basically just covers the top of my pants. Still, I love it!!!! Bought mine in 2021 and I’m rebuying another now, in 2023. Still using my 2021! They last long!!!!

Pullover is really cute, looks exactly like its photos. I’m a larger girl, but not overweight. I wear an XL in all other brands, got the XL and it fits perfectly with room at the waist/love handle area which is nice if you’re curvy(even with a sweatshirt underneath). Lots of pockets! Oh and it’s thin, adds a nice layer on a cool day but not for cold weather.

Very well made and I love the style. It’s even prettier than I expected.

It was a Christmas gift for my wife she loved everything about it.

We are so happy that this old favorite has returned. Everyone in my family had one in the previous iteration. We gave one to my mom for Christmas and she was over the moon to see that this model was back.

Ideal and simple pullover jacket for winter, nice detailing and styling.

Absolutely beautiful. The fit is perfect. I wear it all the time, even on cold days.

The weight is perfect for winter days with a sweater underneath

My new favorite jacket!! I wear it everywhere with everything!! I’m closer to a large than a medium and I ordered a large. It’s loose fitting but not too loose. If you’re going for a 90s look or want it roomier I would go a size up. I think there was the teensiest bit of shrinkage when I washed it. Also- HOT TIP- the first time I washed it, the strings got pulled and tangled around all my other clothes and got curly. I now wash it in a mesh laundry bag. It gets softer when you wash it too.

All my adult life, every 15 years or so, I have purchased a LL Bean navy blue anorak. I wear it when needed in all seasons, over a shirt in warmer months and over layers in cold weather. It is comfortable, wind resistant and easy to wash. I absolutely love it!

Great fit. Love the style. Exactly what I was looking for!

This is the second one of these coats I’ve owned. It’s my go-to for daily wear. I especially love it on vacation because the kangaroo pouch holds a ton of stuff, keeps it all safe and handy.

My late husband and I have purchased this anarak since the 1970s. They stopped selling them for a few years. I’m thrilled they’re back! You will want one in every color!

This is the second one I’ve had. First one 10 years ago. Perfect jacket to travel in. Everything you need can go in front pocket for ease and safety. Fits perfectly.
Patricia –
Great weight, not too heavy, not too light. Really nice fabric with a smooth feel, rather than the typical nylon. The neck zipper is long resulting in a roomy opening for putting on or removing. It also has a generous sized pockets one with a zipper closure and another with a left and right side opening. I wore it to a soccer game on a very windy day in the midwest and it was perfect.

I have taken this jacket on so many trips! It’s my go to! The pouch pocket is perfect for stashing my phone & a small purse when boarding a plane, so that doesn’t count as a personal item. It folds up into itself, makes a little pillow on the plane. It is wind repellent and also keeps the misty rain off me. I layer it over a fleece or sweater and it is so warm! I have worn it over a sweater in Arctic Svalbard Norway. I have worn it on Pikes Peak. I wore it in San Francisco and exploring the fabulous west coast. Wore it in Vancouver. I wore it to the Badlands and Custer. Concerts at Gillette Stadium. Wore it to explore Rocky Mountain National Park! It was a perfect option for an Alaska cruise and hiking in Denali! This jacket is so fantastic. I have seen other travelers wearing it too. Its also perfect for walking my dog or everyday life. That front pouch works great for when I don’t want to drop my phone while taking photos, or stashing something for later. Buy the jacket! You will find so many uses for it. And it is holding up really well! Over five years old and it is still perfect. I almost wish it would break so I have an excuse to buy another. So many photos of me in the blue anorak.

I love this jacket!! I have several other Bean jackets but this is my new favorite. It fits just right -may be a bit loose which is fine for me. It looks great with jeans & with other pants, too.

Wore this jacket to hike the Mighty 5 national parks. It was perfect for the changing temperatues and to hold phone keys wallet
Drrls –
Sized up for a generous fit. Will be perfect for travel since it is packable and lightweight. Love the hood.

It’s perfect! I’m 5’5 130lbs and got a S. It’s roomy which is what I wanted. I love the black, the pockets, zipper pouch and details. It’s lightweight, great for when it’s not quite cold enough for a heavy jacket.
