These fit well (size 2, after a long phone consultation with a sales rep; I’m 4’10 and 100 lbs) although they may have shrunk a bit in the width after washing but may also stretch out when wearing. The fabric is somewhat stiff and they were slightly wrinkled when I pulled them out of the dryer. That won’t matter for me since I’ll use them at home. Since I have so much trouble finding the right size I’m grateful for the fit.

Bought these on a whim while searching for linen drawstring pants for summertime lounging (in the house). Pleasantly surprised on how nice they look; I’ve never worn drawstring pants out of the house before these. They fit more like jeans, almost a slim fit–definitely not baggy. I am 5″4′ size medium in most things. In pants I wear an 8, sometimes go up to a 10 in jeans (if they are not relaxed fit) for room in the hips. I ordered these in a 10 and the fit is perfect. Enough room in the hips, thighs and butt without being baggy–no bagging or bulging anywhere. From the rear they look like regular jeans/pants because of the pockets. And with a tee shirt covering the waistline you’d never know they were elastic waist. They fit a smidge below the belly button, hard to find these days. Hem falls just above my ankle. The fabric is soft and very light with the tiniest bit of give but not that spandex-y feel of a lot of jeans today. After wearing them all day, they stretched a bit but not too much. They came out of the washer/dryer perfect. It seems this will be a pair that gets even softer, more comfortable as they age. I already ordered another color (boulder) and I’m hoping the fit and feel is exactly the same.

These are my favorite casual pants. Oh so comfortable, and wash up perfectly. As with all my LL Bean jeans/pants, I hang them up to dry right out of the washer.

The fabric is more like linen than soft chambray – and I’m very pleased with that. Fit is great, Size L or 12, not too wide legged or baggy but a nice comfortable elastic waist. I haven’t worn or washed yet to offer any other evaluations – too cold outside.
