I love the color of this sweater, (I bought the charcoal,) and the overall look. I was hoping it would work out better than the last LL Bean cotton ragg sweater of similar design that I bought a few years ago, as the weight of the material of both is almost uncomfortably heavy. Yet in spite of that, it feels very cold against my skin. Due to allergies I can’t wear the wool versions, which I know would be warmer, so I was hoping that this newer version of the cotton rag would be cozier. It’s not. As well, again like the one I bought a few years ago, the sleeves are too short – this after using a delicate cycle, cold wash and drying flat, and that’s coming from a 5′ 2″ 125 pound build. I’m keeping it because I still like the look of this sweater overall, and I can wear it in slightly warmer conditions or with a thin smart wool base layer when it’s cold. The 3 stars reflect the design flaw of the too short sleeves and my disappointment that another expensive sweater is not nearly as cozy as it looks. But most importantly, please make the sleeves of your knit sweaters longer!

I just love this sweater. The funnelneck is so comfortable and not restricting on my neck. Just right. This sweater is not too hot. I don’t like jackets when I’m driving so I pair this with a outer vest. The gray goes with everything. Don’t pass this sweater up. Worth every penny.

I bought the Large-tall so I could wear it as a tunic. I am 5’4” and 170lbs. I love this sweater. Not scratchy. Lays nicely. They have sold out of talls, so I can’t order another. Hoping to be able to get more of these in the fall.

I get so many compliments on this sweater, and it’s one of my favorites. Fits perfectly – neither too loose nor too tight – and I like the rolled neck. I would order several more but don’t like the colors offered. I prefer solid colors and not the “heathered” look.

This fits great and looks great! It is somewhat fitted without being tight. Comfortable without being baggy. The length to the hip is perfect too. I usually wear black turtlenecks and this is such a nice alternative!
